If there are any issues with your order, please contact us via email at shopnaturesjewelz@yahoo.com. We’ll try to resolve the issue best of our ability. Please note all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
***If we have to perform a return or exchange (RARE) the product must be unopened or used.
2. What if my order was lost or stolen?
Nature’s Jewelz is not responsible for any items lost or stolen that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Once an order is placed and shipped a tracking number is provided. If an item hasn’t reached the customer upon inquiry Nature’s Jewelz will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
3. What if I received an incorrect or damaged item?
Nature’s Jewelz works to ensure all items are properly packaged, and shipped to our customers. However, mistakes happen. Contact us via email at shopnaturesjewelz@yahoo.com within 5 to 7 business days to replace your items. The same goes for receiving incorrect orders.
4. What if I want to cancel my order?
Nature’s Jewelz gives you an option to modify and correct your order before processing. Orders cannot be canceled after being placed. However, if you choose to cancel your order please contact Nature’s Jewelz via email at shopnaturesjewelz@yahoo.com for a refund of what you paid. You must ship the items back to our headquarters (you pay for shipping).

6. How long will it take for my order to process and arrive?
Please allow 24-72 hours for Nature’s Jewelz to process your order. For shipping allow 5 days via USPS. Options for express shipping.
